Clearance Condition Guide

Our clearance items may include end-of-line stock, ex-display models, returned items, or products that may have cosmetic imperfections. To help you understand the condition of each item, we use the following grading system:

New (Without Original Packaging)
Brand new and unused but may not include the original packaging. The item itself is in excellent condition and functions as intended.

Very Good
No structural damage, rips or tears. The item may show very minor cosmetic signs such as light dust marks from storage or display.

Good
Fully functional with no structural damage. There may be visible cosmetic wear such as light scratches, pulls or marks.

Satisfactory
Minor structural damage may be present, but the item remains functional and usable. Cosmetic imperfections may also be visible.

Damaged
The item has noticeable damage and will require repair or restoration before it can be fully used.
